"For a one night work trip, I couldn’t fault the location and cleanliness of the hotel, it did exactly what I needed and on one of the hottest days of the year, the lack of windows and great air con were greatly appreciated. If I were to stay here for more than one night then I’d miss having a hairdryer and tv in my room but for the price, it’s more than I expected (especially when other “cheap” hotels were being priced at over £300 per night). Would definitely recommend."

We received 14 pounds for not having our room serviced for 2 days. We used this in the take away bakery. The location was great with a Thames river view right next to the Tower Bridge. We were close to the bus stop for hop on hop off"

Any small complaint/ issue would be lack of AC (my visit during heatwave) and lack of any seating in reception area."
