"A great hotel with views of Vesuvius. Staff were first class. Good sized room. All spotlessly clean. Huge grounds in which to walk or relax. Pool with loungers & towels supplied plus the poolside bar. On site parking with buggies available to bring luggage to or from your car. Also courtesy bus from the nearest station (free) or the airport (chargeable). Good breakfast buffet. We didn't try the restaurant. Good location for visiting Pompeii or Herculaneum. "

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"

"Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back."
"Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance. The staff were super helpful and even called a cab for us when we got stuck. "
"We really enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms. The property was run down but beautiful and the staff was nice and very accommodating. Rooms were great, the staff was helpful in letting us know the balcony with sunset view was street side so lounder than back side balcony rooms which were quiet. This stay made us want to call a DIY show and bring this diamond in the rough back to glory! Walking distance to Michelin backed restaurant and Herculaneum. Good base for Mt Vesuvius (20 min/km) and Prompeii (45 min drive). Parking onsite was very convenient and secure."
"This property was outstanding. Everything we saw in the pictures was what we got. The property is newly refurbished from the ground up with contemporary and state of the art designs. Even though it is located on a busy street, our apartment was extremely quiet with the heavy duty windows closed. The apartment is smartly furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked during our visit. The parking is onsite and very convenient. We had a hiccup at check in with the apartment not fully cleaned, but the staff remedied it immediately and we were very happy with the cleaniness going forward. This property can be a challenge to get to by car due to the traffic in the surrounding area, and it can be a challenge by train because only the Circumvesuviana train services this area. However, we found that to be a minor inconvenience for staying at this terrific property."
