"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. "I feel as if the stay should be cheaper. The location was not ideal. Dirty balcony, surrounding location was not too pleasant. The room itself was ok, cleaned and prepared though. Shower was a bit small and the water didn’t get too warm. However, the contact was very helpful and a very nice guy. I just would not choose to stay here again unfortunately."

"Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back."
