Location is great with good transport and easy access to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompei, Solerno etc. Property is an apartment within a gated residence complex and the rooms have high ceilings, a good a.c., fridge, coffee machine, KS bed, tv - so well fitted out. Breakfast consists of baked goods, coffee pod, chocolate milk and juice. Property is unmanned, so outside limited hours you have to WhatsApp but they are quite responsive.

The mini fridge never was cold. I was told that it would be swapped out with another one. But, it never was. The room was clean and had air conditioning. It was quiet sometimes. It was located in a condominium complex. It was more of a BNB than a hotel as there were 4 rooms. I would stay here again if the fridge was fixed. There was a grocery store down the street and I bought snacks that needed to be refrigerated.

Cura per l'ospite zero

Le gestrici hanno iniziato a chiamarmi dal giorno prima, cosa che ho apprezzato, fino a che il giorno del mio arrivo la seconda ragazza, l'unica che ho visto, mi ha chiamato un sacco di volte per sapere a che ora sarei arrivata (io venivo dalla Toscana,il viaggio era lungo), disturbando anche la mia guida. Avevo avvisato che sarei arrivata dopo le 15, orario del check-in. Arrivate ci hanno fatto parcheggiare fuori dalla struttura. Eravamo lì per un matrimonio, e si sa, i matrimoni non sai bene quando iniziano. Durante la messa la ragazza ha continuato a chiamarmi perché voleva che spostassi la macchina dal parcheggio (avevamo avvisato di avere un matrimonio e avevamo stimato un orario di arrivo che però, non dipendente da noi, non siamo riuscite a mantenere), perche lei doveva andare via e perché doveva arrivare un altro cliente ( palesemente scuse). Arrivate al parcheggio ha preteso 5€ in più (ovviamente senza ricevuta) perché avremmo occupato il parcheggio troppo tempo e lei non ha potuto rivenderlo (a chi mi domando io??). Non ci è venuta incontro per niente, io lavoro nell'accoglienza da anni e posso garantirvi che così non si trattano i clienti
