Very nice hotel in a quiet area in the south of Munich. Newer property built in 2016, per the front desk. Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff and an excellent Italian restaurant (Cesar’s) in the hotel. However, there is a real issue with the temperature in the rooms. No real air conditioning (?) - it was unusually warm in Munich for April and the central heating was still on for the room and it was baking hot. Per the staff this could not be regulated (!!). I am not sure how the hotel plans to handle the summer, which will also get hotter in Germany due to climate change. The hotel should invest into a modern air conditioning and heating system.

I liked the modern look of the property and the single room with king bed was nice and big. Subway was in walking distance and the old town was awesome. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and it was comfortable.

Friendly receptionist, gave us helpful advice for transportation through the city. They offer us extended two hours for checkout.

Not a welcoming reception. Room was clean but found many flies in the room because the window was left open .The restaurant service was so disappointing but food quality was good.

This was by far our favourite hotel on our European road trip. The room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good and it meant that we didn’t have to eat until the evening! We are on the restaurant one night and the food was fantastic and not overly priced. Staff were really friendly and super helpful. The air conditioning didn’t work very well, but that was a minor gripe. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the U Bahn station. We also found a laundrette a few blocks away. There isn’t much in the area but it doesn’t matter as the hotel was great!

There is only one staffer at the reception, who displays a lot of stress himself. It took 30 mins to check in. Then it took another 3 hours to finally setup the bedding correctly. The temporary bed is unstable but just too tired to bother. The room is stuffed with multiple big chairs maybe left by the previous guests but apparently not sorted through by the hotel staffers. The toilet is not functioning well as well with running water. The hotel looks nice but really really disappointed. We stayed about 7 hotels in total in Europe this trip. This hotel is by far the worst.

A nice comfortable hotel with great staff.
Hotel - the hotel is nice, modern, in good condition and well-maintained. Staff - the Staff in the hotel are good, efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms - the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. I do like to have a quiet room, with a lot of air and not to hot. This was arranged for me by lending me a fan system which helped me to sleep well. Breakfast - although breakfast may seem to be quite expensive, there are a nice range of foods on offer along with a full range of coffee, teas, waters, juices etc. What I must say is that the people who working the Breakfast room are really nice and helpful - they really do try their very best and were lovely. Italian Restaurant - the Italian restaurant in the hotel is nice and serves a good range of different types of Italian food. Great food and good service there too.

The hotel is the right place to spend vacations. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It’s close to the underground. A 10 min- Room was clean and roomy. My wife and I liked everything about this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Free onsite indoor parking. Property was in a strange area that made me feel like it was a little industrial and a little unsafe. A/C was essentially turned off at night although at least it had some A/C. Check in staff was a little less than friendly but checkout staff was friendly. Overall it was a reasonable hotel.

Wonderful design hotel, kind and competent staff, unfortunately, in our huge room air condition wasn't working, sinks didn't work and are not to be used by two people. Outside and hallway design is amazing, but practical is the use of big furniture and other items in the room not. The breakfast isn't worth 15 Euro.
