I loved the entire vibe of the hotel. My room was kind of funky but very cozy. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the bar and the entire staff was just lovely. Also, the hotel could not be any closer to the main train station. I would return in a heartbeat.

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting Munich. Great location for transportation and walking to main tourist areas. Rooms and hotel are funky in style and music which is cool. Unfortunately this time it was rather loud with lots of banging doors and the air con didn’t work. However would stay again due to location, facilities, staff friendliness and food.

The staff were all great. The hotel is in a great location next to Central Station. The rooms are quite dark with poor lighting and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. During one Breakfast session, the restaurant had a lot of guests and staff struggled to keep some foods and drinks topped up, such as the filter coffee and smoked salmon. This was a very nice hotel with a number of unexpected benefits, e.g., free minibar drinks and snacks. Biggest selling point- outstanding staff- super friendly and helpful. Con- decor is in very dark colors.
