The hotel is new, modern, and features a terrace and a common area with a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare and eat meals and enjoy complimentary water, herbal teas, and cereals. The hotel is located just steps from Marienplatz. I recommend it because it has everything a traveler needs.

The hotel is excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Very clean, very new, everything in the room is so advanced. The common room on the first floor is so chill. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and always reply guests' enquiries promptly (24x7). I must recommand to others and will visit again.

The beds roll every time it’s touched, and the toilet door is clear glass providing no privacy. The thermostat did not reflect the actual room temperature.

This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass.

We just finished a 4 night stay at Stay Kooook. We were extremely pleased with our room. While not overly large, it was decorated in a contemporary theme and laid out very efficiently. I think it was perhaps the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in - no sound of elevator doors opening or closing, no outside noise and because there were only two other rooms on our floor, we seldom even heard a door close. Perfect when you are trying to overcome jet lag! The bed was comfortable and we felt we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. We are both in our 70s and had no trouble navigating the digital entry. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the main subway station (Munich Hauptbanhof) and only a few minutes more to the terminal for German Rail (DB) and was also walking distance to Marienplatz and the Old Town. A very convenient location for visitors to Munich! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Strange how the bed is on a rail at the back wall. When you sit on the edge of the bed it rolls away and at check in my wife was on the other side and the bed slammed into her foot. The room was comfortable and was nice to have the two beds divided by storage units. The sofa bed should be changed out for a bed so the third person is not stuck with a very uncomfortable pull out. Very close to transit and many of the sites downtown. Cost is very high per night and no housekeeping for our stay.

Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly. The hotel offered free tea and coffee, some confectionery and stuff at the public area, allowing you to chill or refresh yourself. It was a few days into their opening , the staff were still modifying some parts of the building and there was a bit of the unpleasant smell in the public accessible parts but was fine inside the room. A point to note, the door to shower and toilet was glass and completely transparent, even when there was curtains between the living room & kitchen/ toilet & shower / bedroom, it was still a little embarrassed for my family when using the facility, had to inform everyone before using the toilet and shower and try not to pass by. Otherwise, pleasant stay in general.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questa struttura.Mi sono sentita subito a casa. Il piccolo appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve,la parte comune stupenda.Un piccolo consiglio,la porta di vetro del bagno potrebbe essere oscurata.Per il resto lo consiglio vivamente.
