"We asked staff to fix fans few times nothing happened as we stayed there for 4 days on the last day when we checked out we haven’t received our deposit and then we asked why we didn’t get our deposit back then they said we not getting it as we ran over their Garden and they not going to refund . I went back to office fight for my deposit and they made me feel guilty saying we damage the garden and we are not paying for it but I have video that we didn’t damage any garden at all It’s all they making excuses for not to pay us deposit back. We stay there without fan 4 days no one did anything. Finally after a lot of conversation she paid us our deposit but made us guilty "

"Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though."

"The pool area is just wonderful and soo clean. So spacious and overall it was terrific. Would most definitely stay again. "

"Issues with contacting staff after hours, problems with check in, wrong PIN code for room. Eventually got a hold of someone after 1hr"
