"Squeaky bed, which I was able to fix, but will start again as soon as someone moves the bed. Squeaky floor boards, leaking seals of shower alcove, The basin plug didn't just fail the day I got there. I know the problem well. Now places to put cases for 2 hence only short stay is manageable. Not enough places to put toiletries for 2."

"When we arrived they had lost our booking. I could not get through the security gate but snuck in behind another car, looking for help. A man did approach us and helped us. I never caught his name he did not introduce himself. My wife was recovering from surgery and the 45 odd minutes it took to confirm the booking greatly affected her, having to sit in the car whilst that was being sorted out. The first thing I saw when we finally got in to the apartment was a glass dining table with smear...
