The hotel beyond clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff is outstanding. The communication from the staff was top-notch and I wish that this hotel was in a location that I traveled to frequently. This is a shining gem in Florence. The location should also be mentioned. It is a perfect spot for food and shopping! "
