"The resort is beautiful. There is a waterfall as soon as you come in the staff is incredible. I still miss them to this day. It was my birthday weekend and they went to purchase a cake for me. My husband requested a small piece, but that was not enough. They had to buy a full cake. I had someone come to my room and give me a full body massage. You get two welcome drinks. The place is completely cleaned. It is so cozy inside we had access to tea and coffee. Every day we booked the room they came with a dinner and breakfast in every single day we were at mazed at how great the food was. You are about five minutes away from the town, which is so incredibly beautiful and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel."

"Had a great 1 night stay with the wife and 2 teenagers in a Premier Deluxe Japanese Western room. Booked this as the one expensive special treat night for this trip. Room was clean, in excellent condition, very spacious and looked just like the photos on the website. The room having its own outdoor private onsen bath was fabulous. Dinner was excellent with every course looking and tasting amazing. Breakfast was also good with lots of options for the buffet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just what I was hoping our stay would be like."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hakone Yutowa. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Hakone-Gora station. The hotel offers a calm, pleasant atmosphere with beautiful greenery and trees throughout the grounds. While communication in English was occasionally a challenge, the staff remained incredibly friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed both the public and private onsens. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The complimentary snacks and beverages were also a fantastic perk that added extra value to our stay, along with the restaurant onsite."

"This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. My son enjoyed free ice cream from the vending machine (which he loved). The band in the lobby before dinner was such a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast were perfect. Honestly, just the perfect relaxing spot for us. Would go back for sure. "

"Breakfast was expansive and good quality. The Japanese western style room was large and very nice. The onsen was enjoyable with a good option of temps. Be mindful of getting dining reservations even onsite. One evening despite and empty Japanese pub we could not dine. We did eat there twice the food was great. "
