Tokai Hotel is at walking distance from Hon-atsugi station, stores and restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very clean and felt very safe. Every staff is very nice, friendly, and made us very comfortable to be there. Free breakfast was perfect amount to start the day.

Everything is wonderful at Hotel Tokai. The staff are the most wonderful people. Their services are excellent. The room is always clean. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is perfect. The location is also perfect, closed to the train station and safe to walk. We enjoyed our stay this year again! Thank you very much!!

The staff service is excellent. The room is spacious and satisfying, but noise from next room can be heard clearly enough to understand what the neighbors are saying. Recommended for those who prioritize room size over the hotel's age or noise.

We traveled around Japan for 2 weeks, and this was by far our favorite hotel. The room was large by Japanese standards, with a small loveseat and table, and plenty of room to open suitcases. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lobby is very small as was the breakfast area. (2 tables) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basically breads, a couple of cereals, and a few dumplings that you could take back to your room, but it was enough to start the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tohkai and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Good location. Good English staff. Breakfast needs improvement. The room smells like kitchen because guests are allowed to bring breakfast to the room. I spent 2 nights to open the window and drive the smell away.

If you are young and healthy, this hotel might be a good choice. But for a disabled person like me, it was not accommodating at all: no elevator but only stairs between the parking garage in the basement and the front desk on the 1st floor; the stairs are pretty steep and no rails; no rails at the toilet seat in the room; the elevator door closes too soon, etc etc. I brought both a wheelchair and a walker with me from the US and it was a very difficult stay for 8 days at this hotel.

いい点と悪い点ありました

冷蔵庫のトレーに髪の毛が付着していた点と室内の消臭剤の霧吹き口部分が壊れていてフロントに交換を依頼したが中々届かず3回くらい催促の連絡を入れた点の２点は改善していただきたいです。 それ以外は部屋もまずまずの広さで水まわりの清潔感もあり館内設備も充実していてコスパもいいのでよかったです。

由於酒店在市區內，泊車費用昂貴，而且車位有限，晚餐回來已沒車位，要泊在其他停車場，不方便。早餐是最差，只有麵包、沙律菜和珈啡及數粒燒賣，我第二天要自己買火腿作早餐，完全不符合酒店的宣傳。房間還可以，但性價比低。由於遇上黃金週，冇辦法才選擇這酒店。
