MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

8/10 Good

"While the MGM staff and hotel were nice, the pool area was a long distance away. The hotel is located more on the south end of the strip. Wish we had been in more of a central area. No rooms had microwaves to reheat leftovers. None of the hotels have airport shuttles. The prices for food, drinks, and even coffee were a big sticker shock. We won't be visiting Vegas again in our lifetime."

"Room was clean, lots of shops nearby and restaurants to chose from. Hallways and carpeting need some updating and cleaning. Liked that parking was free for hotel guest, that was definitely a perk. The kiosk wasn't working and we were not the only ones who had problems with it. Had to stand in a long line to get to the front desk for registration, by then we were tired, hungry and fussy when we finally got to our room. Service was slow, and not very friendly there. No coffee maker in the room, there was only a fridge, no maid service either."

"Loved our stay there, to bad it was so short, just 2 nights. The room was exactly like it was shown. I thought the price was great. The staff are so friendly. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from, and many shops to browse or shop in. The staff were so friendly and always greeted us warmly."
