We had a very disappointing and frustrating start to our trip. The hotel was overbooked and we waited 1.5 hours to check in. We were given a handicapped room in another building and were woken up at 2am (got into the room after midnight) by staff knocking on the door asking if we had ordered a cot. We had not. We then had to be out in the am and wait for a day to be assigned the room we had originally booked. The first night was not what we had booked. The rest of the stay was great. Loved the pool, the staff there and the restaurants we dined at. Nobu was our favorite.

The main lobby bar was closed for renovation. Some elevators were not working. Long line for breakfast so I had to eat at other locations. I have stayed at the Westgate many times over the years and this time was the most disappointing.
