"There was a parking bay for each room but guests are told to psrk anywhere with the result that its almost impossible to get a spot near the allocated room. This dilly idea csuses friction between the guests😡"

"Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly at the reception. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Huge bed, spa bath, kitchenette and a verandah with the most amazing view. Ample parking on site. Location was great, close the everything...resturants, tourist spots and national parks."

"The rooms were clean and tidy and the position is very good just off the highway. The communication was poor though. We told them a month before that we would arrive after hours (9pm flight ) and were told we would receive check in details that day. They never arrived and I spent time stressing and contacting hotels.com to figure out a plan. Was easy in the end with a mobile number and locked box but very stressful not knowing if we had somewhere to sleep that night at 11.30pmu til we got to the hotel."

"The property was divine and perfectly located. It was so wonderful to be able to share our mini break with our fur baby. Alison the host was wonderful and very understanding on a medical issue I was having at the time. The cottage was absolutely Quirky with so many personal little touches. "Lovely retreat with thoughtfulness written all over! Bed was comfortable. The little pantry was handy. Breakfast was beautiful. Pool with hot tub was a nice touch. Most importantly staff was five-star quality! "

"Everything went perfecty by followig the written instructions, i can’t comment on the staff as did not see a soul, i maybe old school but i found this to be very impersonal. WiFi was good and it was pet friedly."
