"If you’re a family on a budget this place is brilliant!! Sure the place is a bit run down, but for a very modest amount you get a resort holiday with buffet breakfast. The kids adored it and I was the most relaxed I’ve been all summer. Special thanks to Tania and her family in the restaurant for giving such great local advice on swimming holes and wineries. "

"Barakee Homestead was amazing. Picture perfect. Everything for the whole family including our fur babies. Very quiet and relaxing. Robynne and Schoie were amazing hosts. Very friendly, down to earth people who are happy for a chat They encouraged interaction with all the animals. Our daughter loved feeding the cows and horses.
