Apartment consisting of a living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, in the living-dining room the convertible sofa allows for a clean bed.
The main feature is the ceiling of the room formed by intertwined original beams, typical of the buildings of the 1600s, by a pergola placed in front of the entrance, overlooking the panorama of Montepulciano.
Surface area: approx. 36.
There is a room with lava and ironing facilities as well as a barbecue.
The parking lot was built under a shady canopy.
Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV. Heating is independent for each apartment.
