"I can't say enough good things about the property, the location and Giuseppe. Giuseppe was kind and helpful. Lugged my bag to the top floor (against my protest) and back down the next day... Also stuck around for a couple hours to keep my bags safe after checkout. Everything I needed was available and I had a comfortable stay. If I ever go back to Montepulciano, I will definately stay again. I was overwhelmed with how kind in the town was including Giuseppe (who reminded me of my father) and would give it a better rating if I could! "
