"We booked this last minute and so happy it was available! We originally wanted to stay in Centro Montepulciano and so glad we did not. This villa is just a few minutes from Centro - so it was perfect and we avoided the crowded streets of Centro. Alex is a wonderful host! Our apartment was wonderful - clean, comfortable and well stocked. The views from the property are amazing and relaxing. "Our host Mateo is great. He is warm and available anytime. The only downside is there are not a lot of eating places in the town nearby. But if the visitor has a car, this issue is not a problem at all."

"Very comfortable apartment with most comfy beds and pillows on our trip. The view was beautiful but what would’ve made it even better would be to trim the hedge to be able to sit and see it. No privacy would’ve been lost. Changing the outdoor table to wood rather than the white plastic would’ve suited the aesthetic more. "Il Tosco is a quiet, clean and charming place to stay while traveling in Tuscany. The common rooms are cozy and the elegant breakfasts are the best we encountered in Italy. This is a wonderful place to stay with a local quality. Well worth the higher cost. "
