"The people here are authentic and welcoming! The building, rooms and facilities are gorgeous! One of our most beautiful stays in our many trips to Italy "
"Hidden gem! Place was so beautiful with breathtaking views. Pool area was great and rooms were so nice with balconies. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommend "
"Was a spectacular room and bathroom, pool area was comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Nice breakfast and good service. Large patio area with lovely views. Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc"
"We absolutely loved our stay, it was such a beautiful property, so quiet , relaxing, clean. I the food was amazing! The saunas were fabulous with a beautiful view. The kids loved it there and didn’t want to leave. I was so impressed with everything about this property, we definitely want to go back again and stay for longer! "

"The property was perfectly situated at the top of a small hilltop town and our room was lovely. Francesco and the staff were very friendly and excellent in all respects. Treated us like family. The included breakfast was terrific. We also took the advantage of joining a wine tasting at Osteria Del Borgo. Erica and Francesco tag teamed the presentation of 9 local wines. We had a great time and would go again. "
"This B&B is a step back into the 1800s—in the best way. The rooms are dressed in rich fabrics, antique frames, and warm patterns. Our window opened to a rolling-valley view straight out of a postcard, but the true charm lives with the people: Valentina and Natasha.
From the moment we arrived, Valentina and Natasha cared for us like two favorite aunts abroad—always nearby to answer questions, share local tips, and send us out each morning with a delicious home-cooked breakfast. We visited five cities on this trip, and our brief time in Montepulciano stood out because we didn’t feel like tourists here—we felt like welcome guests in a beautiful home."
"Very cute boutique hotel in a great location in Montepulciano. The price was great for how big and comfortable rooms are. There is a bar/restaurant attached so that’s very convenient for the afternoon drinks. Parking is further away but you can drive up to the hotel and the manager will take the car to the parking lot for you. We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano for a couple of nights!"
"Overall this property was excellent! The room and bathroom were clean and huge. Very high ceilings made it feel quite spacious.
If you are driving, pay attention to the parking situation. You have to park at P1 and then walk, but it’s not far. The upside is that you’re staying right on the edge of town."
"This accomodation exceeded our expectation. It is a well maintained, clean and beautiful accomodation in the heart of Montepulciano. The service was extrodinary. They provided instructions on parking and ZTL with perfection including restaurant reccomendations and key sights to see. However, they did not provide an iron in the rooms and only oferred to iron our clothes after midday (which is too late) - this being the only inconvenience we faced."
