It is quite noisy: our upstairs neighbours (a family with two children) moved the chairs until late in the evening and you can almost literally hear conversations. The house is very simply furnished: no television, no dishwasher. The kitchen is moderately equipped. The garden makes up for a lot; lots of space, nice swimming pool."
