The 130 m2 property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a TV with internet connection and a barbecue. A cot can also be provided on request. There are mosquito nets on all windows.
Air conditioning is available in 3 rooms of the property with excellent cooling capacity and diffusion in the rest of the house.
The private outdoor area includes a large garden and an open terrace, as well as a courtyard with table, chairs, two sun loungers and a beach umbrella.
The property has an internal parking lot, but it is also possible to park comfortably on the street in an area of competence of the property.
