"Beautiful facility, great breakfast, attentive staff-we entered very late at checkin ( after midnight) and the front desk manager was kind and helpful. Cannot recall his name"

"I checked in and the room I booked had a views with a walk out balcony, with a king size bed and a big tv, but as soon as I walked in their was a big pool of water in the middle of the room so I walked back down and told the staff and they accommodated me and changed my rooms but with no view, and 2 bed that squeaked all night while I moved, a horrible couch that was so hard. The towels looked dirty, there was random water bottles in the room some empty and some not. The room seemed like it was not cleaned properly but we got to the hotel late and the person at the front desk said their house keeping were not there anymore. Whatever, so we went to sleep. Then at about 4am the fire alarm went off and nobody in the hotel knew why and could not get anybody at the front desk to ask what was going on. We didn’t know if it was a real alarm or a false alarm. "

"The floors and carpet were dirty, which made the room feel unclean overall. The elevator made a loud popping noise that seemed unsafe and concerning. Parking was also extremely limited, making it difficult to find a space."

"I loved it the room was nice and clean and I came for my birthday and they gave me a complementary drink. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay "

"Loved the room and atmosphere it was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only thing that was not so enjoyable were the beds they were slightly uncomfortable but other than that the room was amazing "
