The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. I know this is common in Europe but it seems like a lot of hotels are getting away from this type of shower configuration and setting up fully enclosed shower stalls. ...

"Wonderful stay at the Falkensteiner residences. Staff very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. Lovely view of the beach. Great to have access to beach chairs with no issue or additional cost. Some great restaurants and gelato bars nearby. Would stay here again"

"This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful! "

"Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, with views overlooking the canal. 6min walk from the main train/parking/bus area, which is perfect for families traveling with kids who don't want to drag their luggage 30mins across a dozen bridges into the city. "Tiny shower cabin in a huge apartment. Why cant they build a bigger shower cabin? Its old and compact. Very strange layout. Regretted staying here. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the gardeners mowed the lawn at freaking 0830 in the morning. Loud as hell."

A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen.
