We had a delightful stay at Corte Nova. The staff were very communicative and helpful. Everything was so well explained. Our room was spotless and quite spacious. We could have been very comfortable for a long stay.

This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful!

This is the best stay in Venice!!! The apartment is wonderful, clean, and spacious. It is in a quiet area off the tourist path with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were super communicative and check in/out could not have been smoother. Our only issue was that the internet was very slow for both of us - the hosts worked hard to try to resolve the issues but we couldn’t resolve it so this may be a consideration. Overall we ADORE this space and can’t wait to go back.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Logement très bien situé, lieu calme, à proximité d’un supermarché. Appartement très propre, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine espresso ni de lave vaisselle ou un four traditionnel pour réchauffer les pizzas ou cuire la viande. Par contre la literie n’est pas du tout confortable c’est bien dommage et le canapé un peu ramolli avec le temps. Présence de beaucoup de moustiques et pourtant on a juste aéré les pièces le matin. Pas très bien insonorisé on entend les bruits des voisins par moment.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation war von der Buchung bis zum letzten Tag eine Katastrophe. Nach der Buchung erhielten wir eine Nachricht, wir sollten via Whatsapp unsere Ausweise und Kreditkartendaten übermitteln. Anfrage per mail wurde erst nach fünf Tagen beantwortet, mit dem erneuten Hinweis auf den amerikanischen Messanger. Unmöglich! Zur Unterkunft: Wir sind nicht im angezeigten Haus untergebracht worden, sondern ganz woanders. Die Unterkunft lag einem morgens und nachts recht lauten Platz. Als Kenner Venedigs hatten wir uns bewusst die ursprüngliche Lage ausgesucht. Nun war an einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Fenster liessen jede Stimme durch. Auch die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen: kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, kein Kleiderschrank. Wir lebten aus dem Koffer … Nicht zu empfehlen!

Great stay!

So nice and big flat. Very clean and great location in calm area. Only 3 min from a grocery store. Nice bonus with a calm and green backyard. We missed a bowl in the kitchen (for sallad etc) and they fixed two bowls the same day for us! Only minus is the beds were quite hard. Still, we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice.
