"We were shocked by the extremely small room upon check in. I was pleased the Shinjuku Prince staff worked hard to accommodate us and offer a fair, but pricey upgrade option to a bigger room. Once in this room, we had some issues with noise, but the floor staff were responsive and helped address this problem. All things considered, our stay was enjoyable and if you want to be close to activity- the Shinjuku Prince offers an unbeatable location in this key Tokyo ward."

"I have been staying in Shinagawa Prince Hotel for like 15 years for business trip. The short walk to Shinagawa station is a must for work as unlike in other countries we travel by car here train ride is the way to move around. The hotel although shows some age the overall CP value is satisfactory. "

"I got the queen mattress and the room was still very small. Bathroom was extremely small and for some reason it’s not flat on the ground. Room was pretty much the bed. I love the coffee and barely attached but k wouldn’t eat there much as I came to try local food. Not the furthest from the station but it’s a 15 min walk everytime you come back. Always had issues with busses drop me off close. Very nice park and very close to a Familymart and close to a bus stop"

"I hope this hotel can have a floor or area provide free flow coffee and ice cubes. This hotel seem a bit old but the room is huge and can place 2 large luggage’s on the floor. The best part is the 7-11 at basement is having most of the popular foods to try."

"Everything was perfect , except the washing and specially dryers were not working properly. We have to wait 60 minutes and to dry the materials at the end they were not dried at all."
