"It was fine for a place to sleep in Santa Barbara for the price. Room was dim with poor lighting (not really possible to read unless you sit at the desk). No usb charging ports, which seems rather outdated. The 'breakfast' was bananas, cold cereal, cheap bagels, and packaged oatmeal (without water hot enough to turn it into oatmeal, lol), so I would argue that's not worth advertising that you provide breakfast (we skipped it). Enough eating options nearby to make due, but you have to drive to the real 'downtown' restaurants and bars. It was clean, though, and we mostly just needed to sleep and shower; if that's all you need, it will work nicely."

"Beautiful modern decor, clean rooms. But the soundproofing is poor and you can hear neighbors tv and footsteps outside clear as day which is a problem in te middle of the night. "

"Enjoyed the beach and ocean view! Incredible view with amazing atmosphere. We had our adult children and we all enjoyed the experience. Clean and friendly staff, specially,Kathleen went out of her way to make us feel right at home! "

"The property was ok, but across the street from a park where transients sleep. The bed was very hard , not comfortable ant all, and we were initially placed in a room next to a door that opened and closed very heavily throughout the night. We requested a new room for the second night, it was a huge improvement. No noise at all or doors slamming. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The continental breakfast was nice and coffee machine was fantastic! It made lattes, cappuccino, espresso, with a frother. A very nice treat! "
