Great room in a quiet area in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The kitchenette was outfitted well which made my stay very comfortable with a night in with take out food.

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from State Street but just far enough away for a relaxing getaway. The beds were amazing and the simple design made it cozy. We would definitely come back.

The property and room were amazing!! The kitchen was very easy to use and had all the items needed. The only thing that was a little subpar was the bed. The pillow top mattress was a little worn in the and sinking in the middle. Other than that the rest of the stay was so wonderful. Definitley will stay there again. Also, the hotel was so close to state street and easy to walk to.

The room was clean and comfortable the amenities where all great I love it stay there two nights. At the time of my stay there was some construction going on next door early in the morning so be aware of that if you're a light sleeper.Other than th a t was easy to check in and out by my phone and the communication was great too highly recommend to stay here.

Really great and convenient spot to stay at. Place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing I had an issue with was having to wait a few minutes for the door to lock on the outside but, overall very nice place to stay at. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again.

We had a great experience staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip including toiletries, a kitchen, and easy parking. Love how easy it was to unlock the door with a 4-digit code instead of having a key or keycard. Easy to check in and out. Fast communication with property managers if there is any problem. Walking distance to coffee shop and businesses and sights in downtown area.

Excellent location

Very nice location! Walking distance to State Street (just a couple blocks), where there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Close to some nice hiking trails and the Santa Barbara Botanical Garden as well. The hotel is very nicely designed and has many nice amenities.

The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a WiFi problem that the manager was super responsive to and was resolved quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.
