Location is perfect. View of the harbor, walking distance to State Street, restaurants, jetty, etc. Property needs a little tlc. Charhe handles on wv chargers are damaged, carpet is getting worn, cracked tiles on stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachside Inn. It was walkable to the beach and also State St. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've had! We were sad the pool heater had broken, but the sun deck was nice.

Not happy about the swimming pool being ice cold. Pool heater was damaged from the last storm is what the front desk employee told me when I asked why the pool is cold. The employee said that it was on your website. Why would I keep looking at your website when I booked way in advance. We booked your location because of the inviting look and feel along with it having a pool so me and my kids could go swim. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of notification from the hotel letting me know that the pool isn’t operational prior to our arrival. Everything else was great! Nice clean room and entire complex as advertised.

The lobby and breakfast area are a 5. Nice pool. The room was spacious and pretty. My issue was that the AC was broken upon our arrival. We called twice and were told someone would come fix it. No one ever came. What was suspicious was that there were three small fans in the room. Seems this AC was either broken already or this happens frequently if they were that prepared. The room was very stuffy and pretty warm upon our arrival. Disappointed by the broken AC and lack of staff help. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast is good.
