"Water from the shower would spill onto the floor. Looked like a mini pool inside the room. We were given towels to soak up the water which wouldn’t help. People would slip and fall from how wet the floor would be. The water would spill outside the bathroom on to the room we would sleep in. "

"Lovely stay in Botafogo. Larissa at the front desk was very helpful, as was all of the staff. We were lucky to have a corner room with a gorgeous view of the bay and Sugar Loaf. You can see Christ from the rooftop, which has a bar and food and a pool. Easy to Uber anywhere from here. There are Nespresso machines in the rooms with a charge per pod. We would stay here again!"

"Beautiful property, super tranquil and lovely staff. The views are absolutely unmatched, and the food is delicious. A little pricier than other places but for good reason, worth every penny! The only feedback we'd share is based on the rating of the hotel the pool could do with a good scrub as it's a little rusty in places. "

"The hotel is being remodeled and the noise was constant during the day and sometimes late at night when they used the only working elevator to move construction meterials to upper floors. That in addition to the loud street noise."

"Cant beat the price of this hotel! It amounts to what it is a nice clean hotel room, small bathroom and central area of Botafogo. Definitely would stay agin especially when budget traveling! Really liked the glitter and sparkles table they had for carnaval goers. Breakfast could be better, but was not bad at all! Staff are young and very friendly. You can get anywhere in the south zone within 10-20 mins from here even less. Definitely recommend especially if you think youre not going to be at the hotel a lot! Cute, quaint, fun"

"The service is the best and the pool is a very personal and shaded area with enough sun to do you justice, without causing skin cancer. The vegetation, trees and shade make you think of paradise. The breakfast is included and is not some simple cheese. Coffee , Juice, Yogurt and a very ample fruit bowl. Never wasteful this hotel is in the perfect area for relaxing and enjoying a view most people never see in Rio De Janiero. Very close by uber to some of the best restaurants in Rio De Janiero.
