The location was fairly convenient however the street was very narrow and often busy which made getting in and out of taxis and ubers a little hectic. I stayed here while attending a conference in Botafogo and this hotel is an excellent budget friendly utilitarian option if you’re going to be out all day.

When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Paradise from hell

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

Pequeno no nome e no quarto. Para não retornar.

quarto apertado fazendo jus ao nome. Ar condicionado com led de indicação de temperatura muito forte, atrapalha o sono e não apaga com o controle que é universal. A recepção sabe do problema e não apresenta solução. Outro problema é que uma vez desligado o ar ele não é religado com o controle. É necessário retirar o cartão de luz, esperar o quarto ficar sem luz, marcar dois minutos no escuro e aí sim religar. A recepção me explicou esse roteiro, ou seja, sabem do defeito e não consertam. Ou é desleixo ou uma “esperta” economia de luz.

Em todos os aspectos impecável!, Só que infelizmente quando começamos a estadia a televisão e o ar-condicionado apresentaram alguns “problemas”, logo chamei a equipe do hotel e resolveram o do ar pois havia parado, já a televisão a imagem ficou cortada pela metade e ignoramos, deixamos daquela forma mesmo.

Fiquei hospedada no 10º andar e a pressão do chuveiro era muito baixa, o banho demora demais pq o chuveiro não tem vazão. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, ter mais opções de bolo, iogurte, etc mas atende bem. O quarto é realmente muito pequeno, se você viajar com 2 malas já fica apertado. Localização excelente, tudo bem limpo e confortável, funcionários atenciosos, voltaria numa próxima oportunidade.

Hotel bom!

O hotel é bom, reformado, os recepcionistas são educados. Mas achei a equipe de camareira bem despreparadas, fizeram limpeza no meu quarto com placa de não perturbe, dobraram meu pijama e colocam em cima da minha mala que estava fechada, um objeto que é sujo. Fora o falatório pela manhã delas no corredor, achei totalmente antiprofissional. Café da manhã é sempre a mesma coisa, mas atende o mínimo.
