"A quick review. We had a late check in. Our room had ants and realized this after dinner (around 11pm). We went down to the desk and was told someone would come right away - nobody came up. Next morning we were offered another room and it was fine. This hotel’s service is just very slow in responding and the buffet dinner while adequate was pretty much the same three nights in a row. Just not what we were expecting for a 5 star. "
