At this bright and airy condo, you’ll have access to amenities like a gorgeous shared pool and hot tub along with beautiful biking and hiking trails among the lush landscaping and countless waterways. There are several golf courses nearby if you want to hit the links. And, best of all, the beach is a five-minute tram ride away!

Inside this cheerful condo, you’ll find lots of light wood and nautical touches. The living room features a plush couch, flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace for those “chilly” Florida nights. Fire up the electric grill on your balcony and eat al fresco as you watch the excitement of The Village of Baytowne Wharf just down the street. Or, head back inside to the dining area, which seats six. In the open galley-style kitchen you’ll find all the necessities for cooking up a full meal or just a snack for the beach, a short drive away. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and both feature flatscreen TVs as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
