Newport/Middletown Retreat! Walk To Beach!

Unwind at Rezzy Rhode for a beautiful New England getaway! This two-family house was boasts a modern rustic feel, 1/2 mile from First Beach and a 5 minute drive from downtown Newport guests have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. The bottom level of this home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. We look forward to hosting you for a fabulous trip to our home away from home!

The place is the entire bottom floor of a two family home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There's a queen bed in the larger bedroom and a daybed with two twin beds in the other. The living room has a sectional couch with a pullout queen sleeper bed which is brand new and actually quite comfy! There's a private back patio, large yard, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The house is wired with wi-fi, TV, and there's plenty of room for parking. The fireplace is for aesthetics only at this time. We hope you enjoy our home away from home! Parking is limited to 2 spots for the unit.

The place is spacious enough for the four of us. The location is conveniently close to all the places we wanted to go. Walking distance from the beach. It’s very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

Quick Visit to Newport

I wanted a 2-bedroom place that accepted pets to take my daughter and her little dog on a 3-day visit to Newport. This unit was perfect. The host was welcoming and responsive. It’s very close to beaches, the Cliff Walk, and the wharf areas in Newport. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again on future visits.
