The staff were polite & friendly, the restaurant was very good, the property is dated, no exhaust over cook too, some switches did nothing, tv reception poor, shower needed updating as mildew was evident. Bathroom exhaust did not operate. Otherwise the room was comfortable & generally clean.

Its a quiet place with good facilities I use this as a regular stop over This time only down fall was no toilet paper after first night no milk in the fridge and no sugar for cuppa’s

There were stains on the bedspreads. Shower only dribbled one large line of water. Yikes in bathroom were detaching. Electrical outlets were hanging off the wall with wires exposed. The kitchen cabinets had ants. Carpets were filthy. Room was heated quite well. TV worked. Facilities for late arrival was good

Facility is very tired and dated. Bathroom in particular was in need of some attention, both in terms of being updated and cleaned properly, however the bed and linen was fine and made for a good night of sleep.

It’s old , old old old . Bed’s clean and neat. Toilet is clean. Shower is dirty dirty dirty I did not use the shower. The shower was dirty the wall it was sticky and dust and hair stuck to it. Black mouldy every single corner of the shower. Cupboards did not slide to close. The wall was patched but left unfinished. Room #1 If I had a choice last night that I didn’t have a commitment very early next morning I would have left and not stay in the room.

Old and could be better maintained, for example, there was a hole in the interior door (looked like it had been punched with a fist); linoleum tiles lifting on bathroom floor. But on the positive side, everything was clean, and the room was well equipped with stovetop, microwave, fridge, utensils. Convenient location within walking distance of large shopping centre.

We last visited 12 months ago and it was cheap but comfortable. This time, different room, no remote control for tv (we don't leave them in the rooms because people take them - not mentioned at check in). Wardrobe had 1 door missing. 1 net curtain missing in bedroom. Curtains did not cover windows fully. Heater in bedroom did not work ( we know about that). Phone call received at 6pm on check in day to see if we were still coming when reception is open until 9pm.
