Love this hotel and staff. I always enjoy getting the club level rooms for the evening drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Great location to river boat pickup, upscale grocery, DHL, not too far from Ben Thanh market and several taylors. Roof top pool and spa but not as thrilled about this spa. I had extreme cramping in my legs and they were weird about it. Next hotel had no issues with me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. The junior suit that we had has around-the-corner balcony. The view is great! My daughter loves the grilled pomfret at the dinner so much. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The only area for improvement is that the staff seem not well trained and sometimes made mistakes maybe because the hotel is newly opened.

The Renaissance Saigon was a great way to visit Ho Chi Minh City for a first timer. Located right beside the Song Saigon, it offered an amazing river view, if you booked one of those rooms. The staff were amazing, and the onsite food service was great. The hotel itself was located within a 30 minute walk of a lot of the main tourist sites, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Nguyen Hue ramble, the Independence Palace and Ben Thanh Market. And bike and taxi service were easily available if you wanted to visit places further away in the city. Would recommend for anyone visiting HCMC!
