"Live Aqua was amazing. Visited for my birthday trip, and the staff made me feel like a regular. After the trip I just had, I just might become VIP. Plenty food options, entire resort is beautiful, and fun interactions throughout the day. All staff were helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Jensky, Joe, Noris, Marian, Rosa, Nancy, Adrian, Joel, Salvador, July, Jhonny, Miguel, George, and Delvin! They truly made my experience unforgettable. Thank you!! "This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying to lay out on the beach. This may not be the resort’s fault per se, but it was frustrating that every day some person came up to pester me about taking pictures with animals (one day the guy actually put the lizard on my leg and wouldn’t remove it until I got kinda nasty with him) When we are enjoying the beach, the last thing we want is someone coming up and putting animals on us or trying to get us to pay for pictures. "

"We had the best vacation at this all-inclusive resort! Everything from the moment we arrived was seamless. The property is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained, with plenty of activities, stunning views, and so many places to relax. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests. From the front desk team who greeted us with smiles, to the servers who remembered our drink orders, to the housekeeping team who kept our room immaculate — they made us feel taken care of the entire stay. It never felt like “just customer service”; it felt like hospitality. The food and drinks were good. We only had one bad meal. Food was your average all inclusive, but overall was good. The pool and beach service was quick and friendly, and there was always someone around to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a stress-free getaway where you can completely relax, be pampered, and enjoy incredible service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!"
