The room is spacious and the lobby is pretty. The location has an amazing night time view from the terrace. The buffet was ok and the Dominican restaurant was very good. They don’t have water bottles at the restaurants or buffet so you have to bring your own either you buy bottles from outside or bring the ones included in your room fridge. The resort itself has no activities aside from the pool, the beach and a nightly show on the terrace. The shows are loud and you will hear the music really loud in your room until about 11:30pm the pool water is not heated and the hot tub basically has cold water in it too. The beach is public and the water was so dirty. Floating food, cans and bottles among other things. Our toilet had to get repaired because it would not flush, the soap bottle glued to the wall fell off with one pump and the safe deposit box did not want to lock. The shower door is useless and water falls all over the floor. Overall it was just ok and I would not stay here again.

Great hotel, great food, great staff

Great views, the personnel was amazing, great prices for cocktails and drinks and awesome international food. The beach is nice and the infrastructure could be better, but we enjoy our time there.

If I could give this property more stars I would! The property is a mix of nature with the location being the center of everything. It has views all around. The staff was excellent so inviting and friendly beyond words. I can’t recommend this place enough! Please go here!

It was a total absolute joy. I have stood in results in Punta, Cana and Puerto Placa, all inclusive. I will give that up to stay once again in your hotel. Everything was excellent check-in to check out 100%. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Customer service, food, and staff were excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until the bud loads of locals showed up. They do weekend visit to the resort and we highly recommend not being part of that mess. Go Monday-Friday and you will not be disappointed at all! You will love it! Weekends are a much much different story!

The staff are phenomenal! Management decisions are odd. The resort is old, but beautiful! The pool and scenery are lovely too. Lots of jellyfish and sometimes trash in the water. Great breakfast and dinner buffets, but lunch options in the resort are too limited, and the walk to town mid-day is hot and inconvenient, passing by garbage, stray dogs, lots of noise and honking horns. Lastly, occupancy is down since the resort is no longer all-inclusive, so rooms are left sitting without AC in between guests. My room had a strong musty smell. Air conditioner was inadequate, so I ran and emptied a dehumidifier several dimes daily.
