"Kelly is the BEST concierge. She took care of my sister and I during our stay. She checked in on us multiple times a day and made sure our stay was incredible. She went above and beyond in every way. All of the bartenders and waitstaff were amazing. They were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. There were so many fun activities planned, great night life, lots of different pools with different vibes. Basically all of the employees were wonderful but specifically Yarina, Murphy, Ray (bartenders), Hilary (host), Barbie (entertainer), Ricardo and Wally (lobby), and Espaguetti (towels) were some of the best. Would definitely come back. "

"The property is beautiful. My wife and I went to celebrate our 10th anniversary. There was a variety food to choose from, the shows were great, and the employees and visitors were friendly. Vendors on the beach were a little aggressive with selling things to you and there was a lot of sargassum on the beach, but overall a great time."

"My family and I visited the Dominican Republic for the first time and stayed at Secrets Playa Esmeralda. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and beautiful tropical views. From the blue ocean and mountain landscape. Just WOW! My family and I decided to upgrade to  Preferred Club, and the attention from every member of the staff was excellent. It truly elevated our experience. But there was one person, in particular, who made our trip extra special, Stephanie. She was incredible. She was so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. She was always making sure everything was right for me and my family. What made her stand out was how genuine she was and the care and love she poured into everything she did. It never felt like it was part of her job to go above and beyond for us. It felt like it came straight from her heart. She truly made us feel at home, and she made sure that our first time in the Dominican Republic would be nothing short of AMAZING. Her great energy, beautiful personality, and sincere dedication left a forever impression on my entire family. Thank you, Stephanie, for making this trip so special and memorable.
