Miami house
This house was more than we expected as far as the cleanliness, cute decorations, modern amenities, and the host was very receptive, instantly answering any questions and provided us with coffee and filters, and everything needed for the kitchen. We were easily able to sleep four people there with the trundle bed the pullout sofa and lots of extra blankets, sheets, towels, and pillows provided. The host even provided shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The back covered patio was beautiful with the plants and the views, and provided a lot of privacy and extra room. it was a perfect and safe location to take long walks through the neighborhood and it was very conveniently located to many stores and to Coral Gables where we went for a family wedding.

Short Stay
We needed a place for a few nights close to everything. We have a small dog and wanted to bring her. This studio was just perfect. It has enough privacy for the dog to be outside with a perfect fenced in area. The house is very clean and newly renovated. The location is just perfect. A short drive to anything you need. Better yet, a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, shops, gas, cvs, etc....One important note for renters, the beds are very comfortable and furniture is excellent. Also, most importantly the HVAC system was excellent. The cooling took only a minute to cool down the entire studio. It maintained temperature during the night just perfect making for a most enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this rental. Also dealing with the owner was simple. She was extremely responsive and very helpful. We are just so happy with this choice. Hope to make someones trip as pleasant as ours by giving an honest review on a great spot. Thanks, Tom
