"Just had an excellent stay at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles. The room was large, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with a full ocean view. The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. VRBO (my contact) was also fantastic—quick and easy to respond to any questions or concerns, and check-in was seamless. A perfect getaway! view "

"This is an honest review, so please don't take my Star ratings at face value. The questions are too targeted, meaning more of a yes or no, there's not an n/a option hence 3*s, to be fair, neutral. My in depth star ratings below... -PROPERTY CLEANLINESS 1)Room (5*) great, cramped but clean, that's what I care about. AC fan would not turn off, not enough to lose stars. 2) Lobby (1*) Three cubbies, quite convenient if somebody needs to work on a laptop. One/two couches, good for waiting for shuttle/uber. Loss of stars? Cafeteria style tables. Chairs & tabletops dirty. Do they get wiped down, when? A lounge chair and couch that has diamond tuck upholstery. Ever been vacuumed? I think not. You shouldn't have diamond tuck upholstery and not take a vacuum to it. OFTEN!! The amount of crumbs and dirt embedded in the upholstery is enough to feed a small army. Nasty!! 3) I didn't walk around the property, so don't know how clean it was. -STAFF 1) Front desk (3*) Helpful. I arrived very early, tried to get me in a room earlier. Disappointmented!! speaking ill of guests. Had reason, but please in private. 2) Concierge (1*) No help. 3) Shuttle to airport (0*s) Yikes! language barrier? Rude if asked to repeat answer, couldn't hear over the AC. Left on outer ring, points at doors, must cross traffic. Now what? -PROPERTY MAINT Didn't walk around. -AMENITIES 1)Breakfast (0*s) closed b4 10:30! Not one cheerio. 2)Toms bar n grill (10*s) Everything was exceptional! Stay again for that alone!"

"The hotel was what I expected and maybe a little more. Front desk is very accommodating. When you stay at this property, you are able to use the pool next door, which is a better ambience no kids. Breakfast every morning was good. I love that they had options as well. Wounds are kept clean wood floor no carpet that was a plus for me. We stayed on the eighth floor. If you’re into it, there’s a McDonald’s and Taco Bell across the street. If you don’t mind walking, there’s a bunch of shops that are a 10 minute walk Marshalls, Ross, target And more. There’s also a convenience store across the street. There is an electric car called Freebee that rides around the Wynwood area for free. There is information about it in the lobby. there is street parking around the hotel but honestly, it just pays to do the parking in the garage for the $42 a day. You can go and come as you please and it doesn’t change the fee. Also remember anywhere you park in Miami you’re gonna have to pay. there was no odor in the room. Everything was clean."

"We booked through Expedia. When we got to check-in, we requested to upgrade our room and were told no, that they were at full capacity. Our friends checked in one hour later and were given a room upgrade. They booked through 1 Hotels website using an American Express and were given an upgrade for free. We asked for a late check and were told they lasted they could do was noon. Our friends requested a late checkout and were allowed to check out at 4pm. Probably would stay away from this hotel if you are using Expedia because they will treat you as a second class guest."

"First time.in a CitizenM hotel, have stayed at this type of hotel (minimalist) in Europe, so it was not to much of a shock. So not much space but at least it is organized and you do have a lot of space in the common areas, so if you feel too cramped for teo, at least you can escape to lobby area or roof top. Kristina and Adriana eere very helpful with any info needed. Did not do breakfast, but did eat some pizza at the bar."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel charges guests for absolutely everything possible. At check-in, a $1,069 hold was placed on my credit card for only 4 days. The room did not even include a regular refrigerator — only a minibar that charges guests simply for opening it. Honestly, I was almost surprised they did not charge guests for air. The room condition was unacceptable for such an expensive hotel: damaged walls and cracked bathroom floors. During Memorial Day weekend, the pool area was overcrowded, and after leaving our towels on the pool chairs for 2 hours, hotel staff removed our belongings and informed us that these spots can only remain unattended for 45 minutes. Guests are not allowed to bring their own food to the pool area and are forced to purchase overpriced food and drinks from the hotel. If you do not reserve pool chairs, those large round lounge beds cost ridiculously high prices — up to $640 per day. Even umbrellas at the beach cost extra. In addition, many purchases inside the hotel automatically include service charges, even for simple items like coffee or ice cream. The hotel also charges a $59 daily resort fee plus multiple additional taxes on top of that fee. For the amount of money guests pay, the overall experience and room quality were extremely disappointing. This was my first and definitely my last stay at Fontainebleau."
