"Elevators were down! Thankfully they reimbursed us $90 but we were on the 16th floor and getting our bags downstairs was awful. Our shades in our room was broken. They also only allowed 2 beach chairs when we had 4 adults which is ridiculous?! Service and food was amazing but slow. Overall good not great "

"The poolside was pleasant with comfortable seating. Your staff was very accommodating, especially Ray who worked at the poolside. I would like to see a restaurant on the premises that serves breakfast and dinner"

"As a guest, I expect the infrastructure of the hotel to support its occupancy. Having to plan my day around a 20-minute elevator wait due to a predictable maintenance issue is unacceptable."

"During our stay at this property, there were many bugs and flies in the kitchen area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we received a different room than the one we booked. We were short a bed and were not able to get in touch with staff to resolve the issue. Overall, the place was fine, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach and stores nearby, but I was disappointed by the quality. "

"The service at breakfast was terrible. Ordered Eggs Benedict, after 20 minutes I asked, they said in 5 minutes because the sauce was being made. 10 minutes later the waiter comes with the eggs without the sauce, asked if we wanted to order something else, we were in such a hurry that had to eat the very mediocre buffet paying $30. The room had the shampoo and soap dispenser empty, called reception, they sent some but never refilled. Next day, stepped out of the elevator on our floor and the bathroom smell was unbearable. The whole floor stunk. We had to leave the room until they cleaned up whatever was still mi g up the floor. The room is very small with no full mirror. I wouldn’t go back or recommend the place. "

"The view from the bedroom was unobstructed. Room was great. Perfect location to walk right onto the beach and also many nearby restaurants. There is a hotel being built right next to this hotel. A lot of construction noise from 700am until 6pm. Probably will not go back until the hotel is built."
