"The customer service from the staff was excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was clean and fairly big compared to other hotels we looked at. The attractions were fairly walkable distance, the only small downside was the neighborhood at night, but it wasn't a big deal as we weren't out that late. We would keep this hotel in mind next time we are in Victoria."
