The hotel is spectacular, the staff at the front desk is very accommodating. The restaurant is very good with amazing views. I cannot say enough about this place!
I only booked for a 2 night stay. We had a huge suite with full kitchen and living room; on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. A huge private covered patio, 1.5 bathroom, king bed and lots of closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and soaker tub available too. Everything was very clean! Free parking at a gravel field about a 7 min walk from the resort.
Location is absolutely beautiful, although a little isolated. Staff was amazing, our only complaint was the cleanliness of our suite. There was a ton of hair on the couch, and across the floor. The tub and bathroom floor were also not very clean.
Disappointed, nice room and beds, no hot tub, no directions to the warm bath feature, spa will not let you cut through, have to go out into freezing rain to find it, and too cold. Suggest they replace with a hot tub and direct access through spa. Bar was nice, decor nice, parking limited near doors, again running outside in the rain and snow downhill. Will not go back but pick other hotel next door.
