"Communal microwave might not satisfy Vic Health Standards. Free washing machine was good. Host Gary very friendly and helpful. Might be useful if hosts had mobile phone so can text if not available as landline has limited use if guests need help. I will come again as reasonably priced and close to CBD for walking, particularly if travel by the bus. "

"Location is an easy walk to town. Had a 2 bed room which were separated by a part wall so still had privacy. Nice & clean & manager very helpful. Would stay again."

"We loved our stay at in a 2 bedroom spa cabin. Cabin was amazingly spacious ...and there was a river and suspension bridge right outside our front door! Beautiful location ...a few minutes drive to Bright, and close to Buffalo Mountain. Manager was amazingly kind and helpful."

"There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. The ground floor room combo we enjoyed was simple and perfect for our needs. There was a baby crying sporadically next door but sound insulation was adequate and we all slept well. I’d recommend it to anyone."
