New, well priced apartments

Brand new, well appointed and quiet. Great location, easy to walk to the train station or hop on a tram at the front door. Close to lots of restaurants at mont Albert and box hill. Small apartments, with an odd configuration, but everything needed.

Absolutely disgusting.. Pictures do not look like the room complete Dirty. Rubbish under the bed. Mirrors had marks. Black strands of hair in cutlery draw. I left after 30 mins. Still trying to get my refund..

Filthy! Our non-smoking room had clearly had people smoking in it and smelled like a 1980s night club. The shower was filthy and covered in mould and there were mould spots on the roof of the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom was covered in lint and dust from the tumble dryer. The floor of the whole unit was filthy and the dining table was filthy and covered with leftover lumps of grease from someone’s take away. I have pictures if the management would like to see them but when I raised issues and asked for a different room or a refund they were decidedly disinterested.

The general cleaning of the room wasn’t the best, dirty mirrors, a lot of dirty marks on the walls and debris on the floor. The linen and towels were all clean but the shower was poorly cleaned. Overall not very presentable inside the room.
