Great location, loved our stay, would have liked a smart tv or tv that we could watch a DVD.
Loved the pool and spa although some of our group complained that the pool was too cold.
Great views.
Can pay for parking which was convenient. Walking distance to crown was great.

1br apartment room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for conference, shopping, entertainment and leisure. Stand out for me was the lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay as I had a conference across the river at the Convention Centre. Perfect location with restaurants, outlet shopping and even a couple of small supermarkets nearby.
Property was neat and tidy with comfortable beds and a great view.

Very friendly staff. Great location and very clean apartment.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is fantastic, next to the Yarra River. I loved the fitness center and swimming pool (with sauna and hot tub). The apartment, which featured a kitchen, laundry room, and high-speed internet, was also very convenient. I received an upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom unit. I would definitely return.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention.
The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful.
You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower?
In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent.
The beds were comfy and linen was nice.
There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.
