Great location at a quiet end of the City. Access to the city easy with Tram stop out front. Easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes at New Quay. Comfortable and clean apartment with amenities. Magnificent views across to the Bay. Will definitely book here again.

Position was excellent, close to everything in the city. Loved the view even though it was wet and cold. More comfortable chairs and maybe a small table needed to enjoy excellent view in comfort.
