Rooms were well appointed, however maintenance poor. Our toilet blocked overnight, NO contact number available to report, had to travel 2 floors to toilets downstairs, no light switch in downstairs toilet. Ended up leaving hotel at 4 am to travel home. Booked and paid accommodation through whatif but told payment had been declined. Re-paid then on further investigation found original payment made. Sent email and called, no acknowledgement made from East Brunswick Hotel and had to chase up. Nearly 3 weeks before re-imbursement was made. Very unprofessional.
