"The location is great, but the amenities of the place were very minimal. There was no WiFi at all, and the host did not mention this until a few hours after I asked after check in, she just said “it’s broke”, so if someone was on a business trip or could only use their phone via WiFi, this should not be your place. There was no way to make coffee, which is really odd being in Italy, the home of coffee, so there was no coffee machine or a kettle to properly make it. I think the layout isn’t that...

"We stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Italy. While the location was ideal, we were very disappointed with some basics. The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. There was barely a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, the gas for cooking had been turned off at the mains, and the air conditioning remote didn’t work because the batteries were dead—again, not ideal in such heat. These are essentials you’d...

Hotel Pisa Tower

10/10 Excellent

"Nice classic and clean rooms. 30 seconds away from the pisa tower. Great location."

Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was amazing. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we could not have been happier with our experience. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, kind and generous with their time. The surrounding area around the hotel was manicured, the pool was beautiful and roof top restaurant is a must see. Thank you for a lovely time and making our anniversary something we will not forget."

Sina Astor

8/10 Good

"The Annexe room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean. There were plenty of clean towels and gowns and slippers were provided. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with choices from the buffet or al la carte. The hotel is well located on the strip opposite the beach and with the pine forest behind and within easy reach of the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Sin Astor."

AC Hotel Pisa by Marriott

8/10 Good

"Compared with hotels in Asia, the amenities here are relatively basic, as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable."
